1.1.15 2026-10-10 Added: country of establishment setting, configurable VIES timeout (1 to 30 seconds, default 5), background re-checks with a cron URL, GDPR export and erasure. Improved: a VIES outage never removes a valid number or its data; the reverse charge needs a valid number on the invoice address and an EU delivery outside your country, and expired checks are renewed outside the checkout. Improved: order confirmation never waits for VIES, numbers of your own country are never refused, and the B2B group follows the number status. Fixed: updates from older versions register every hook again, and validation at registration works.

1.1.13 2026-09-28 Added: "Treat an invalid VAT as a hard error" now refuses, in the address form of the customer account and of the checkout, a VAT number that VIES reports as not valid, with the reason shown under the field. A VIES outage never blocks the customer. Added: optional notice to the customer when VIES cannot be reached, saying the number will be checked again later. Improved: VIES checks now use the REST service first with SOAP as fallback, statuses forced by hand are kept until you check the number again, and all texts are translated in the 24 languages. Fixed: safer module updates on PrestaShop 9 and small back-office display fixes.
