This isn’t PrestaShop SA’s official PrestaShop Partners programme: it is the Presta365 programme for agencies and freelancers who install Presta365 modules on their clients’ PrestaShop stores.
What you get

How the licence works
Each licence covers one store, meaning one domain: ten clients need ten licences, each at the agency price. The licence never expires and includes 12 months of updates; after that, renewal is optional and also gets the 25% discount. You link the store's domain from your customer area, under My licenses. How to join
- Create an account on this shop if you don't have one yet: the discount is switched on for that account.
- Fill in the membership request, choosing the subject Want to become a partner agency?. We only need four things: agency name, website, the email of your account on this shop, and roughly how many PrestaShop stores you look after.
- Every request is read by hand and, if everything is in order, the discount is switched on for your account and confirmed by email.
There is no membership fee. Approval is manual: no account joins the programme automatically.
What to expect from support
The modules are developed and updated directly by Presta365, which is why support is direct, with a reply within 24 working hours. In exchange, there is no 24/7 support desk.
