Being honest about the setup: there is no 24/7 desk. We handle urgent requests on working days (Monday to Friday): if you write in the morning you usually get a first reply the same day, otherwise the next working day. Once we understand the problem we give you a real timeframe before starting, often 1-2 working days for a simple fix, more for anything complex.

As a reference point, a one-off intervention starts at the same rate as the installation and configuration service (€49.90 excl. VAT); the exact price depends on the problem and is confirmed before any work starts.
