WhatsApp for Salon Booking System (WordPress plugin)

Note: this is a WordPress plugin, not a PrestaShop module. It installs on a WordPress site running Salon Booking System, not on your store.

There is no live demo to try: the images above are real screenshots of the plugin's admin panel, with example data (names, phone numbers and appointments are not real).

WordPress plugin that sends WhatsApp notifications to Salon Booking System customers through the official Meta Cloud API.

• Confirmation and cancellation messages, driven by the booking status.
• Unlimited scheduled reminders, at any number of hours before OR after the appointment (e.g. the day before, or a review request a few hours later).
• In-WordPress message template editor, with submit-to-Meta and per-language approval status.
• Fifteen languages: each customer is written to in their own language, detected from the booking through Polylang or WPML, with a fallback language.
• Test mode: messages go to your own number, with the customer's real number masked in the label, so you can rehearse without writing to anyone.
• Webhook built into WordPress: real delivery status (sent, delivered, read, failed) in the log, automatic template approvals, customer replies recorded.
• Optional automatic reply to customers who write to the number.

Requires: WordPress with the Salon Booking System plugin active, and a WhatsApp Business number connected to the Meta Cloud API.

What the price covers: updates and support. The plugin is distributed under the GPLv2 licence (as WordPress rules require): the code can legally be redistributed.
